Terms & Conditions - Act Attack Training Courses

Act Attack is Committed to Ensure That:

• Τhe Courses are taught by competent, inspirational and motivational teachers;
• Most of the classes of each course are taught by the same Teacher; sometimes a teacher can be sick or unavailable for an urgent reason. In this case, we always find a sub-teacher with the same experience that will continue the work & course plan of the original teacher.
• Most Act Attack courses are suitable for total beginners and do not include a graduation show at the end. Depending on demand, the beginner's courses can continue to intermediate & advanced courses, with a final graduation performance. Act Attack always does its best to prioritize the growth & satisfaction of their students. We can adapt the course structure if needed, according to the preferences and capabilities of each group.
• We occasionally take photos/videos/stories in classes with student consent for two purposes: A. To share memories of the course and showcase students' work. B. To promote our community on Instagram/Facebook. We respect students' privacy and won't use photos/videos featuring those who opt out. If posted mistakenly, we'll promptly remove them upon request. The Student Shall:

1. Pay (via bank transfer, payment link or via our new e-shop)
   • the full price of a full course in advance and before the date of the first class/trial, if they have chosen a full course or a course package.
     OR
   • the full price of a full course or package (minus the price of the trial class if already taken) before the second group class starts, if they liked the trial class and decided to continue with the full course/package.
     OR
   • the price of the trial class in advance and before the date of the first class, if they have chosen only a trial class.
   • Priority is given to Students who booked a Full Course in advance (students who book a Trial Class, are only entitled to access to the Full Course if there are still spots available).
2. Treat others with respect and avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying during class. Our instructors create a safe and supportive environment and welcome feedback for improvement. Students should follow instructions, communicate clearly, and take care of the space/studio. Act Attack and instructors are not responsible for any damage to the space. In cases of sickness, health issues, or accidents during class, neither the instructor nor Act Attack are liable. Students must disclose relevant medical conditions before class. Failure to do so releases Act Attack from liability if the student needs to stop the class for safety reasons.
   
3. Benefit fully from the course, by attending at least 80% of classes and actively participate. Regular attendance and engagement enhance group dynamics and learning opportunities. Missing more than 2 classes may result in the student being ineligible to continue the course. We usually stick to our standard class packages but may consider a discount for students who notify us in advance of missing classes. 🌼
   
4. Inform the Teacher & the group in advance in case he/she cannot arrive at a group course on time or cannot attend for any reason, by writing an instant Whatsapp message in the group chat, at least 1-2 hours before the start of a group class.

Amendments, Credits, Cancellations & Refunds

1. Act Attack may reschedule course dates for various reasons:
   A. Ensuring a minimum of 7-8 fully registered students.
   B. Teacher or studio unavailability/sickness.
   C. Severe weather conditions.
   D. Urgent safety or health concerns like lockdowns.
   
   We notify students promptly of any changes and are not obliged to provide refunds if rescheduled within 3 weeks of the original start date. However, if the course is canceled or rescheduled again after this time, a full refund can be issued.
   2. Students who paid but cannot/don’t want to attend a complete course/course package for any reason, have the right to request only for an Amendment or Credit (for next season) and only if all of the following cases apply:
   A) the amendment/credit for next season is asked the latest 1 week before the start of each group course (that the student originally registered for),
   B) we have at least 8 students fully registered in the course that the student dropped out of, or,
   C) the amendment/credit request is for another course in the same or next season that has spots left and is requested the latest 1 day before the start (of the new chosen course). 
   3. Students have the right to withdraw from a group or private course up to 30 days before the start date for a full refund. Requests made after this deadline won't be considered due to our reliance on minimum registrations and advance studio bookings. We don't offer partial refunds or discounts for individual classes, except for urgent medical reasons.
   4. In order to offer the best possible experience, informative and quality content, and access to resources, Students may need to allow access to limited personal information (first name, last name, email address, phone number). The information collected is for the exclusive use of Act Attack. Act Attack will not share personal data with any third party.

COMPLAINTS

If you think that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the authority.
